3D Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for an innovative and experienced 3D Motion Designer with a strong proficiency in Cinema 4D. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling motion graphics and animations that align with our brand’s vision and objectives. You will work closely with our creative team to develop concepts, design assets, and produce final animations that captivate and engage our audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative motion design concepts.
Storyboarding: Develop storyboards to visualize and plan animations and motion sequences.
Rendering & Post-Production: Render and composite animations, ensuring the final output meets the highest quality standards.
Motion Graphics: Design and animate motion graphics for various projects, including promotional videos, commercials, and social media content.
Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, illustrators, and video editors to integrate motion design into broader multimedia projects.
Technical Skills: Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and software advancements in 3D motion design.
3D Modeling & Animation: Use Cinema 4D to create high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects.
Feedback & Revisions: Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve animations.

Technical Skills: Solid understanding of animation principles, 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in 3D motion design.
Proficiency in Cinema 4D: Advanced skills in Cinema 4D are essential. Experience with additional tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is highly desirable.
Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D motion design work, particularly projects where Cinema 4D was the main tool.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to 3D design and animation.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring all animations are polished and meet the project’s requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other 3D software such as Maya or Blender.
Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques.
Understanding of UI/UX principles as they relate to motion design.
