Mô tả công việc

1. This position is responsible for:
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing joint business plans (JBP), e-commerce strategies, work timelines, and deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs.
Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, emphasizing service offerings and value propositions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
Track account performance and provide regular updates to management.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any client concerns.
Manage contract renewals and follow up on payment stages.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

2. UpBase is looking for candidates who:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Full-time availability is a plus.
