THE ROLE
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, this position plays a key role in developing our aggressive growth strategy across multiple Food & Nutrition markets.
As the Account Manager
, you will be responsible for managing a specific customer portfolio and driving business development by acquiring new accounts in the Vietnamese market. Your primary focus will involve growing our market share with existing key accounts and expanding our presence in the infant nutrition, dairy, confectionery, coffee and beverage markets. You will be supported by an experienced R&D team, ensuring fast and high-quality service
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute defined sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share and develop the business further.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key accounts in the dairy, confectionery, coffee and beverage categories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, particularly in the dairy sector, to maximize growth opportunities.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with new accounts according to the business strategy for optimal revenue and bottom-line growth.
• Identify pain-points and opportunities at given accounts to identify the right solutions, which Greenlife can bring to them, so that we can grow together.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally, including R&D, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
• Monitor, record and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and business development.
• Coordinate delivery commodity with Admin & Logistic by FC from customer
• Plan & control purchasing order by FC from customer
• Receive & handle complaints about quality & delivery of commodity with QA
• Prepare the Innovation Days for introducing new ingredient on a monthly basis
• Working with strategy supplier for expanding the business by promoting new ingredient & solution
