MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Checking daily payment request documents (invoice, contract, quotation…), book to Odoo system and prepare the payment.
Ensuring that all accounts payable are checked, recorded and paid accurately on time.
Ensuring data and expenses input in the accounting system are accurate.
Doing the month-end bank & cash reconciliation.
2. Preparing month-end-reports in Ms Excel and validating related management accounting reports in Power BI: e.g. Expenses Report, AR and AP reports…
Ensuring related reports are delivered on time and accurate.
3. At the month-end, issuing e-invoices to customers for the service provided for the month.
4. Preparing and submitting quarterly and yearly Tax reports (Value Added Tax, Personal Income Tax, Company Income Tax) to Ho Chi Minh City Taxation Department.
5. Being responsible for Social Insurance registration and changes.
6. Being responsible for Office administration tasks to keep the office clean and tidy: such as ordering stationeries, ordering drinking water, ordering air-conditioner cleaning services…
7. Supporting the Finance Manager with the day-to-day activities of the Finance and Administration department.
