Accountant Manager

1. Financial and management Reporting
- Ensure timely reporting of financial Executive Summary (“ES”) reports and supporting schedules (“SS”) and provide accurate financial analysis for Finance Manager’s review
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of intercompany (“INCO”) balances for Finance Manager’s review
- Prepare the monthly financial reports of the entities and submit to Finance Manager for review and update to Business Unit Heads and Department Heads.
2. Budget & Forecast
- Work closely with Finance Manager and Business Unit Head of each entity to prepare annual budget and update monthly and quarterly forecast
- Analyse variance between actual and forecast as well as budget for review with Finance Manager and Business Unit Head of each entity.
3. Compliance
- Ensure compliance of statutory and tax requirements of all legal entities
- Ensure compliance with the Group Financial Control Manual with regard to the integrity of financial reporting and records as well as compliance with internal controls relating to the safeguarding the assets of the entities.
4. Cash management and treasury
- Manage Cash Flow tightly and ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations for the Group through close monitoring of cash flow on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Ensure loan covenants are complied
- Ensure timely renewal of interest rates for loans.
- Prepare / review weekly and monthly cash flow for reporting to CFO and CEO
5. People Management
-To develop and motivate finance staff to maximize their full potential for the company.
-To plan staff training programs for staff development.

Hard salary + bonus sales +Year-end bonus+ 13 months depending on revenue
