Mô tả công việc

1. HR/ADMIN TASKS
- Managing leave (annual-leave, compensatory leave, paid and unpaid leave, summer holiday etc.)
- Personnel documents: issuing, managing, renewing Assignment Letter, Appointment Decision, Offer Letter, Probation Contract, Labor Contract, Part-time Contract, Service Contract, Addendum, Decision of Business Trip, Decision of Salary Increasing, Decision of Resignation, etc.
- Guiding company regulations for new employee: Labor Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement - Recruiting: carrying out recruitment procedure, interviewing, preparing procedure and devices for newcomer following recruitment flow
2. ACCOUNTING TASKS
· Input & Control the AR-AP balance of oversea agencies.
· Prepare VAT monthly report.
· Tax declaration and finalization (CIT, FCT, etc…)
· Control incoming invoices.
· Check Debit Note and issue invoices to foreign customers
· Record accounting transactions in the accounting software (turnover, expenses, depreciation, debts and other operations expenses).
· Do periodic physical check and manage for fixed assets inventory.
· Control the balance of accounts.
· Provide periodic reports, statistical analysis and any accounting data upon requests.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
· Ensure accounting activities in charge are recorded properly according to the Vietnam law and to company requirements.
· Working with headquarter TPE.
