Ziegler Logistics is a leading logistics group headquartered in Belgium, with over 117 years of industry experience since 1908. Currently managed by the fourth generation of the Ziegler family, the group operates 16 branches, employs over 3,200 staff, and collaborates with 155 partners worldwide. With a presence in 195 countries, Ziegler Logistics provides comprehensive logistics services, including sea and air freight, supply chain management, warehousing and customs services.
We are now expanding into Vietnam. We are looking for a dedicated **Accounting Officer** to support our Vietnam branch in handling daily accounting tasks and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and account reconciliation.
• Manage daily accounts receivable and payable activities.
• Process vendor payments (both local and overseas) and assist with intercompany transactions.
• Collaborate with external auditors to prepare annual financial reports.
• Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
• Provide support for administrative and HR-related tasks.
• Coordinate with the Hong Kong finance team on reporting and cash flow management.
