Mô tả công việc

The main purpose of this position is
to assist and support the Operations Manager in Admin. & HR duties to make sure that those duties will be finished in prompt and effective manner
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ADMINISTRATION
Bus :
 Supervise student transportation & control bus database.
 Monitor all bus routes and prepare proposals for modifications to accommodate changes to student demographics or to improve the effectiveness of routes
 Liaise with School Administration, Admissions, Accounting teams, parents. Respond promptly and objectively to all complaints and inquiries relating to student transportation
 Implement & Oversee the training for bus monitors ensuring they are properly and adequately trained
 Recruitment of bus monitor.
 Prepare contract and attendance for payroll, payslip, salary increase proposal as well as filling
 Update the attendance of students from bus monitor, receptionist, secretaries
 Build up policy for bonus, reward and sanction policies as well as procedures
Other admin tasks:
 Assist in daily admin services (correspondences/reporting, document filing in electronic and printed modes)
 Work closely with external and internal cleaning and maintenance crews to make sure the school facilities and resources are in good conditions.
 Maintain the effectiveness of lunch services for students, teachers & staff
 Keep track of and maintain the availability of office policies/procedures, office area/facilities/equipment, office records;
 Assist in making logistic preparations for School events;
 Do other administrative duties assigned.
2. Human Resources duties:
 Assist in HR record keeping and filing procedures.
 Keep track of attendances of employees to maintain correct and prompt inputs for the payroll calculation;
 Assist in conducting HR procedures from recruitment, onboard and termination for employees;
 Assist in conducting HR procedures for Work permit, visa/TRC, hotel … for expat employees
 Assist in tracking and maintaining compensations and Social Insurances benefits for employees.
 Other duties as assigned
