Administration Officer (Purchasing)

Purchasing (70%)
Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support continuous production
Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse to ensure efficient receipt and distribution of materials
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all purchasing activities
Manage all chains from purchase requisitions, purchase order, delivery and follow up payment process
Support the resolution of any supply issues or discrepancies promptly
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers
Maintain accurate records of purchasing, contracts, and suppliers
Interface with Planning to forecast and manage inventory requirements effectively
Prepare reports on purchases and other relevant tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager
Administrative (30%)
Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as necessary
Manage administrative tasks related to purchasing.
Support documentation and filing systems
Handle any other tasks assigned to support the smooth running of the office

2+ years of Purchasing experience
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations
Fluency in Vietnamese and English
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
SAP experience is highly preferred
