Mô tả công việc
1. Arrange and book air tickets, accommodation, transportation according to the business schedule of everyone in Hanoi office. Solve arising problems related to ticket exchange, ticket refund... ;
2. In charge of preparing documents for Admin’s debt payment for suppliers and following them;
3. Perform and control tasks related to the services which company is using such as: Internet, Email, Translation, Electronic equipment (computers, printers, projectors...);
4. Search and work with new suppliers when the company has demand to use a new service, or when there is a request to change other suppliers and prepare the procurement procedure according to company regulation;
5. In charge of preparing contracts and internal application forms to submit for approval according to the company's regulated procedures;
6. Manage and monitor on renewing contracts when they are close to expiration date;
7. Support clerical work, reception work when necessary;
8. Develop and plan annual travel program for the company (if any);
9. Other works based one Managers’ requirement and related Executives.
