Position Objective
The Admissions Support Officer (Temporary Cover) plays an essential role in supporting the Admissions team during peak admissions season. The core purpose of the role is to ensure administrative efficiency in the preparation of Statements of Enrollment (SOEs), onboarding documentation, and enrollment tracking for incoming students, enabling the Admissions team to focus on prospective student engagement.
Responsibilities
The Admissions Support Officer reports directly to the Head of Admissions and performs a full range of duties, including but not limited to:
Statements of Enrollment (SOE) Support
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Academic, Student Services, Business Office, etc.) to gather necessary information for preparing Statements of Enrollment (SOEs) for current and past students.
• Prepare, verify, and issue SOEs accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a systematic record of SOE requests and issued documents.
Onboarding Documentation Support
• Collect, organize, and categorize documents submitted by new families into the appropriate onboarding folders following school procedures.
• Communicate with families as needed to ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Ensure document accuracy and consistency in naming, filing, and categorization.
Enrollment Tracker Management
• Maintain and update the onboarding tracker to monitor the completion of enrollment documents.
• Identify missing or incomplete documents and coordinate follow-up actions with families.
• Provide regular updates to the Admissions team to ensure all onboarding requirements are met for student enrollment.
Other Responsibilities
• Assist with administrative support for the Admissions team as required.
• Attend meetings as directed by the Head of Admissions.
• Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
The success of this role is measured by the timeliness and accuracy of SOE preparation, the completeness and organization of onboarding documentation, and the smooth onboarding of new families during the admission peak season.
