Mô tả công việc

• Service Marketing Management: Make service marketing plan based on customer data analysis and run PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Act)
• Accessory Product Planning: Work with Global headquarter in Japan to introduce genuine accessory in Vietnam market. Make accessory product plan and sales strategy including pricing
• Aftersales Long-term Strategy Development: Manage progress of long term actions in the department. Work in team to develop Aftersales long term strategies
• Visit dealers on occasion to understand dealer and market voice
• Make reports on responsible KPI performance and campaign process
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager and General Managers
