Mô tả công việc

1. In charge of budget control, process & planning, training management system, report & performance analytics, training records and filling:
• Manage training budget to align with the company compliance
• Compose, communicate & deploy operating manual & processes
• Manage training system
• Supervise Onboarding process & closely work with GOV
• Exercise quality control & regulatory checking
• Exercise audit activities
• Licensing, report & analyze
• Training compliance control
2. Manage and ensure training quality assurance
• Process and procedure:
Set up procedures & process to assess and improve training effectiveness, including the evaluation of training roadmap and training contents
• Drive Learning transfer
- Training capability: Observe training, provide feedback
• Training programs
: Observe and evaluate the execution of training programs in practices
• Deploy performance support
: Provide trainers with field based mentoring and coaching, and other supports uplift the trainer’s performance
• Documents results
: measure, evaluate, report the results, and provide suggestion to relevant functions for further development
3. Manage training Initiatives
• Identify development needs by studying reports and interviewing relevant parties
• Propose solution and action plan
• Coordinate with other functions to execute and follow up
• Evaluation and enhancement
4. Initiate and implement training projects
• Prepare documents and get approval for learning projects
• Plan, communicate and coordinate to ensure the roll out plan execution
• Provide procedures, guidance, tools for FUFT
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the implementation
• Regularly conduct reinforcement and follow up training activities
• Review the implementation and suggest for correction/ improvement if any
5. Document Results
• Measure, evaluate, and report the results
• Analyze and propose enhancement
6. Team & Relationship management
• Build & development team, and prepare successors as well.
• Build & maintain internal & external relationships effectively
• Ensure effective communication among parties
7. Other tasks assigned by Line Managers
• Participate in annual improvement projects of Agency Development to drive business goals of department & company.
