Air Fwd Assistant Manager

I. Job purpose
:

- Handle operation jobs including Air Import/ Export smoothly.
- Support FWD Manager in operation activities likely to pricing, project, logistics, … etc and follow assignment
II. Main responsibilities
:
(List down major activities and responsibilities.)
1. Receive booking or shipment information from customers, agents, sales department.
2. Provide complete and accurate information as well as closely coordinate for Pricing to book appropriate bookings with airlines and shipping units.
3. Check cargo status and receive Arrival Notice from airport.
4. Daily contact with customers or/ and partners for confirmation, check shipment information or other inquires.
5. Process SI, AWB, AN, etc…and input system.
6. Make CN, DN to customers, partners and send shipping document, pre-alert to partners.
7. Follow up cargo till arrival at destination or till finishing cargo delivery.
8. Make payment to airlines’ coloaders, suppliers & payment request to customers.
9. Support accounting team to collect debt from customers if yes.
10. Actively solve problem and report to team leader or department manager if yes.
11. Take care and follow customer’s inquiries relating to service or freight rate & together propose suggestions to improve quality if needed.
12. Prepare periodical reports as required.
13. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
14. Assist to Manager in pricing and booking task if required
15. Assist to Manager in operation activities or assigned project, job.
