Support S&OP process across the region to ensure demand and supply balance and look for opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Responsible to coordinate all markets demand in daily operation and provide support to all markets to get customer orders fulfilled in time.
• Identify demand supply imbalances proactively and follow up the solutions with production, logistics, customer service, sales, marketing, finance and any other related departments.
• Responsible to prepare daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports for management. Take necessary actions whenever the progress is off-track.
• Prepare slides for S&OP meetings on a monthly basis and take meeting memo when required.
• Assist in data analysis for continuous improvements in various projects.
