Mô tả công việc
- Technical management and discussion with partner / SI in project.
- Survey project with sales man
- Calculation and do simulation Robot system
- Create 2D,3D concept and technical proposal
- Follow up project to control design/acceptance with partner/SI.
- Resolve and respond to customer queries/complaints in a timely and effective manner, especially for technical and after sales service issues.
- Support robotics sales team in identifying business opportunities and product applications, marketing and sales activities
