⁃ Lead and manage a team of designers. Delegate tasks to staff and provide
guidance and direction
⁃ Develop and execute creative design direction for various campaigns and
projects
⁃ Collaborate with other department (Planning, Account, Production…) to
ensure alignment with project goals
⁃ Presenting your completed ideas to clients and team members
⁃ Oversee the production and delivery of high-quality visual assets
⁃ Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in design and advertising
⁃ Provide assistance and training to subordinate staff for their career
development
