Mô tả công việc

- Centralize balance sheet management: Performing centralized internal capital management with BUs, managing and monitoring liquidity and FX position of entire IVB according to the SBV’s regulations in each period
- Liquidity risk management including monitoring liquidity, constructing liquidity management framework and liquidity contingency plan, providing suggestions in adjusting/implementing new liquidity limits and planning scenario to prevent liquidity risk.
- Monitor and report prudential ratios in operation about liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratios of IVB and other related ratios according to regulations of the SBV and government’s administrative agencies in each period
- Operate and monitor the application of fund transfer pricing (FTP) operation, lending and deposit rate policies under approved mechanisms, providing suggestions for implementing/amending fund transfer policies, interest rate policies based on market situation,
- Manage interest rate risk and currency risk of entire system, constructing interest rate risk and currency risk framework and strategies
- Coordinate with ALCO Council in implementing appropriate monitoring criteria for Balance Sheet/Asset structure and fund management, Implementing ALM policies
- Collect IVB Units’ feedback and propose for solution for improving the IVB operation in manner of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and forecast capital mobilization of IVB as market trend and IVB strategy in each period
- Perform others tasks as assigned by Section Head/ Division Director.
