Position Overview:
The Assistant Brand Manager at KGS – Korean Ginseng Story - will play a crucial role in guiding the marketing strategies and enhancing the public presence of one of Korea's leading ginseng brands. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and exposure to innovative marketing practices in the global health supplement industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand Development Orientation:
• Perform deep market research and data analysis to identify new opportunities and preempt potential market challenges.
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with consumer insights to uphold the brand’s mission.
• Set and track performance metrics for brand actions, guiding successful market engagement.
2. Implementation of Brand Activities:
• Formulate and manage comprehensive brand plans that align with the company’s long-term goals.
• Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Supervise the creation and maintenance of brand assets to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
3. Content Creation:
• Create engaging content for multiple platforms such as social media, websites to foster community building and enhance brand visibility.
• Apply SEO best practices to increase the effectiveness and reach of online content.
4. Collaboration with Designers:
• Provide detailed briefs to designers, steering the creation of visually engaging marketing materials that reflect the brand ethos.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across all promotional materials.
5. E-Commerce Operations Responsibility:
• Directly manage and oversee the sales operations on various channels including e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, our company website, and our Facebook page, aiming to enhance the brand’s strategic positioning and maximize sales effectiveness across these platforms.
• Analyze e-commerce metrics to enhance sales strategies and improve the digital user experience.
