Assisting in Food and Beverage Operations:
Provides outstanding customer service to all employees
Responds promptly and proactively to address employee concerns
Utilizes coaching skills across the property
Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
Creates and fosters a motivating, empowering, and team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and excellent customer service
Motivates and encourages staff to resolve guest and employee-related issues
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service:
Sets high service expectations for all guests, both internal and external
Understands and upholds the brand's service culture
Responds quickly and proactively to address guest concerns
Follows up to ensure complaints have been addressed to the guest's satisfaction
Takes ownership of guest complaints/problems until they are resolved or addressed by the appropriate manager/employee
Delivers excellent customer service
Develops relationships with guests to build a loyal customer base, both internally and externally
Additional Responsibilities:
Complies with all corporate accounting procedures
Assists the General Manager as needed with the annual Quality audit

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Fluent in English.
High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1-year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
Soft management skills are required.
