+ Controlling buying rate from our Agents, shipping line and negotiation for competitive rate
+Ensure pick up process can match up customers’ requirements
+ Supervising releasing D/O to customers.
+Assist BD team to approach and secure new customers
+ Managing releasing D/O to customers
+Control operation arising cost
+ Strengthen relationship with airlines, carriers for better cooperation
+ Involving or solving if happen problems
+ Deal with vendors for competitive rate
+ Build up relationship via CY, Airport warehouses for problem solving
+Report to Manager per weekly and monthly

-Be able to communicate English well both writing and speaking skill
-Having experience in same position at least 03 years above
-Having experience on importing machine, chemical, logistics customer services is high advantage
-Can work under pressure
-Strong in problem solving skills and logical
- Be responsible, teamwork spirit
-BA Degree
