CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) a US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $4B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We’re having significant manufacturing base in China via our contract manufacturing partners in Guangdong and Shanghai area
We’re looking for an Assistant HR Manger who will be responsible for all recruitment activities, Employer branding as well as Employee Relation to reposition company’s brand in labor market and promote company’s culture to make it become happy / best place to work.
Requirements
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required). Must be able to communicate clearly and directly with the US team.
• 5+ years of related experience and knowledge of HR generalist, especially in employer branding, employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Have management and leadership experiences.
• Multi-projects management experience.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills. Good at company first mindset.
• Knowledge of applicable workplace laws, regulations, and employment trends.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to form strong workplace relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly
• Bsc in Business Administration or any related field.
