Marketing Planning & Execution:
- Ignite creative brainstorming sessions to craft and propose targets, develop and implement IMC plans and campaigns, including the IMC component of campaign launching in alignment with key business priorities, brand & customer needs, and work with product team, KOLs, Community team to drive publishing goals such as acquiring new users, retaining current ones, re-engaging churned users, and boosting event performance.
- Manage and execute the elements of the optimal IMC mix including content marketing (develop and refine captivating content, optimize & report on: website, copywriting, art direction, video production (3D, MV, short film, web material, iTVC, influencers activities). Leveraging contents in tailored ways to specific channels and campaigns, in collaboration with partners like production houses, agencies, photographers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Performance Management:
- Produce insightful periodic and post-campaign reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.
- Responsible for product and campaign awareness, users reach & engagement metrics on social media platforms, managing all brand’s media channels.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of various campaigns and channels to continuously optimize marketing strategies.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a portfolio showcasing your past projects.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in end-to-end Marketing project management with extensive experience in digital campaign marketing
- Language: Fluent in English.
