Support Restaurant Manager (RM):
Dispatch staff to support the work of other departments and areas when requested
Assignment and supervision of the cleaning process, preparation and set-up of employees – ensuring that the quality of service of the restaurant
Ability to
work under high pressure, ability to handle
and quickly resolve situations when arising

Support all reporting
, analysis for RM (COL, COS, P&L report,...)
Report daily work
activities to RM..
Dispatch staff to support the work of other departments and areas when requested
