ABOUT THE JOB
As an Associate DRCO (Deregistered Company Operations), the primary responsibility is to manage deregistered company cases that necessitate investigation, blocking, and account closure, including funds transfers and preparation of remittance files, ensuring compliance with obligations and NAB's code of conduct. Communicate efficiently with colleagues in the onshore and offshore DRCO team, coordinating to ensure that we respond to customers in a timely manner. This includes working closely with the onshore DRCO team on escalations. Request, track, and follow up on requests made to other teams for account blocks and closure for complex products and services to ensure that blocking and closure is completed in a timely manner.
YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Work closely with the onshore DRCO team in managing DRCO cases across the re stages of the end-to-end process.
• Perform advanced account blocking and closure, including the transfer of funds between customer accounts and the Customer Remediation Operating Suspense Account.
• Management of DRCC (Deregistered Company Closures) mailbox - review and response Inbound queries from colleagues and escalation requests.
• Operate within defined processes, policies and guidelines, and contribute to refining these by applying knowledge gained.
• Maintain broad yet detailed knowledge of NAB Products, Processes, Policies and Procedures.
• Display professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.
• Supporting junior team members in building their knowledge.
