GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION
• Comply the Company Regulations and Policies, Health and Safety Regulations and Guidelines.
• Guide and commit the compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Production Specification and Work Instructions.
• Lead the manufacturing activities to ensure the assignment KPIs are met.
• Organize and provide the training and coaching programs to employees, evaluate and recognise skills, enhance multi-skills to achieve the excellent operation and workforce.
• Continuous improvements through Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Comply the Company Regulations and Policies, Health and Safety Regulations and Guidelines.
• Provide and ensure all employees to understand and comply PPE in the workplace is required, observe and guide the safety behaviors, eliminate unsafe or near-miss risks.
• Layout and build 5S standardization, set up 5S commitment from employees.
• Establish the KPIs for all employees to align with Company Objectives, assign the individual KPIs to employees.
• Monthly headcount plan, coordinate with HR in interviewing and recruitment on time.
• Organize the resource include machines, materials and headcounts according to the production planning, monitor the production flows and make decisions if any adjustment needs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance in AM and PM activities to maintain machines in the good conditions.
• Monitor the individual process to ensure the compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Production Specification and Work Instructions, coordinate with Process Engineer to audit the processes if need.
• Manage and control the production activities to achieve right quality, commit productivity and output and ensure the assignment KPIs are met.
• Responsibility the reject rates and defect mode, determine and analyze the root causes through Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, FMEA tools, recommend solutions and implement the correction and preventive actions.
• Control WIP through daily cycle count to ensure the accuracy of inventory.
• Identify the potential wastes and apply Lean manufacturing to optimize processes, eliminate wastes and costs.
• Drive the Lean projects to achieve the assignment KPIs.
• Support the team to solve the problems, decide the specific solutions to close the management gaps.
• Coordinate, support and communicate effectively to production and relative departments to improve the workflow.

• Willing to take the additional assignments from Manager.
