Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Financial Audit Team under the supervision of Senior Manager/Director;
- Become a trusted advisor, creating real value to clients;
- Expose to board level management and more challenging role with clients;
- Self-develop and develop audit associates & seniors following Career Development Ladder of RSM Vietnam and their career inspirations;
- Lead and develop audit teams that deliver effective results;
- Build leadership and development skills;
- Enjoy internal, external and overseas mobility opportunities;
- Build personal values in accordance with RSM Vietnam’s core values;
- Network and develop new customers and identify new business opportunities.
