As the B2B Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic business development initiatives targeting corporate clients. You will leverage your expertise in sales, relationship management, and industry knowledge to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
Develop and Execute Business Strategies:
Proactively develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies focused on acquiring new corporate clients within the ride-hailing industry.
Create and execute sales plans aligned with organizational goals to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, establish contact, and build strong relationships to understand their business needs and promote our ride-hailing services.
Conduct negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
Partnership Development:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in the ride-hailing ecosystem, such as transportation companies, technology providers, and service integrators.
Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Utilize insights to refine business strategies, improve market positioning, and capitalize on emerging trends.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
Evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
