1. Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships with key corporate clients, retailers, and distributors.
2. Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
3. Market Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize product offerings and sales tactics.
4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets.

5. Team Leadership and Development
- Set up and lead the B2B sales team, including recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
- Develop performance goals and metrics for the team, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.

6. Policy and Process Development
- Develop standardized processes for order management, customer service, and account management.
- Establish and implement B2B sales policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
7. Product Knowledge and Training
- Ensure the B2B sales team possesses in-depth knowledge of product lines and can effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for B2B clients to enhance their product knowledge
8. Logistics and Inventory Management
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
9. Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns for the B2B market.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and attract potential clients.
10. Customer Support and Issue Resolution
- Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Implement processes to enhance customer support and improve overall client satisfaction.
