1. Develop B2B Channel (60%)
- Develop and implement a data-driven B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Developed the product strategy, price strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers and partners.
- Oversee pricing and promotional strategies for B2B sales.
- Build & manage the price structure P&L for each channel: B2B, GT, MT, exclusive products for the hyper channel, and B2B products. Helping the business improve the Operation Profit, seeking new source of growth.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest B2B marketing trends and technologies
2. Strategic B2B Planning (30%)
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support the sales process.
- Lead the development of marketing collateral and other assets specifically targeted towards B2B audiences.
- Build and improve commercial plans, develop B2B teams and manage cross-functional projects..
- Conduct & support the Procurement, Production, and PI teams to deploy the project on time and well collaboration for managing risks.
Develop B2B market.
Conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth within the B2B segment:
3. Budget Management (10%)
Create and manage marketing budgets for B2B initiatives.
