We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Battery Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team in the design, development, and optimization of advanced Lithium Battery.
CF Group is a multi-industry corporation, combined with Taiwanese company Apogee Taiwan, to establish Apogee Power Vietnam company. Producing and packaging battery and energy products, exporting to markets such as the US, Japan, etc.

(Battery Energy, Packaging and Testing lithium - battery modules, use for all Storage Energy Solutions & Energy Management System)
A. job description
• Lead the engineering team Producing and Packaging battery and energy products of Apogee Power
• Monitor & Testing to Ensure Batteries Module with industry regulations, standards, and corporate policies.
• Manage engineering projects from concept through production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with other departments, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Understanding of electrical systems, electrical equipment, PLC, HMI, Servo, control algorithms, especially battery systems, all Testing Machine.
• Reports to: [Board of Directors / Chairman]
