Mô tả công việc

1. Search & Client Management
- Promote & build awareness of Navigos Search’s capabilities to existing or prospective clients.
- Provide advice to clients on salary, training, and career progression.
- Work with NS Consultant for candidate’s site: Follow up and support NS consultant to send out CV to clients.
- Responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients.
- Work with client companies to understand their business, culture, recruitment needs, and develop a loyal business relationship.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager/director.
2. Business Development & Strategies
- Align company & team business strategies to ensure team growth while building/maintaining client relationships.
- Actively market Navigos Search and services to clients through networking events, internal company events, etc.
- Cooperate & synergize with other teams to meet company objectives and ensure an active sales pipeline.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Japanese team and other teams.
- Strong business development in expanding the clientele.
