Mô tả công việc

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. DIGITAL PROJECTS & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
• Participate in Digital Operation and Digital Marketing projects with specific tasks assigned
for each project.
• Contribute to brainstorming and collaborate with vendors to develop detailed content for
Digital communication activities, including the company's interactive Digital communication
channels, based on the product plan and company strategy.
2. DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
• Rewards reconciliation and issuance: SMS & Redemption Voucher (work with vendor to
reconcile and ops)
• Consumer assistance and troubleshooting: Hotline (receive call from user, trouble shooting)
• Consumer Database Sanitation: Ensure integrity of database via user validation and blocking
for suspicious accounts
• Platform Experience Support: Support UX-UI, revamp, update future (work with Internal IT
team & Vendors)
3. MERCHANDISING AND WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
• Merchandising items management: Ensure timely reporting of receipt of goods – including
GR / AR (TPOSM, PPOSM, Premium Items) and monthly inventory count
• Stock Requisition and Delivery: Facilitate inbound and outbound requests of items coming
from the warehouse and ensure delivery to requesting parties; check and confirm monthly
billing
4. PAYMENT AND VENDOR MANAGEMENT
• Centralized PR/PO creation and Vendor management: Raise PR/POs for Marketing team;
Coordinate with vendors for all Marketing activities (with Procurement)
• Accruals and Budget: Consolidates, and performs timely review of accrual entries month on
month, ensuring accurate recognition of expense; Monthly expenses reconciliation
• Payment control: Ensures all goods and services are properly and completely vouched /
delivered prior to GR processing to avoid any financial reporting exposure; Trigger payment
processing for vendors
5. COMPETITOR/MARKET INFORMATION UPDATE
• Work closely with Field team (Field Sales Force, TA) to regularly alert/update/consolidate
the competitors’ information (pricing, product change, new product launch, new LAS or
Trade programs deployment, new communications…)
• Field work for the market update & cross-check if required
6. AD-HOC TASKS:
• Undertake a variety of support roles in other company projects as directed by the line
manager. This involves helping as required to ensure the successful execution of these
projects.
