Mô tả công việc
- Research and analyze the global market, competitors to make further branding development proposals.
- Measure and report the performance of all online marketing campaigns, evaluate metrics and provide solutions for improvement.
- Develop quarterly marketing plans, including forecasting, proposing, allocating and managing budgets to achieve set targets.
- Propose, deploy, and manage marketing campaigns on all online platforms to achieve set goals, economically and effectively.
- Work closely with the sales department to understand customer and market needs to ensure marketing strategies are consistent and achievable with revenue goals.
- Anticipate campaign risks to take timely solutions.
- Research, develop and launch new products in accordance with market trends
- Building and implementing customer loyalty programs (branded items, gifts, vouchers)
- Work with domestic and foreign agencies, KOLs and KOCs partners in producing online media materials... serving positioning and brand development
- Assign and monitor performance of the social/digital/SEO/design team

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- 13th month salary, Social insurance, Lien Phong insurance according to Vietnam Labor Code.
- Salary: (Can be negotiated upon interview)
- Working hours: 8am – 5:30pm. Lunch break: 1.5 hours.
- 2 Saturday afternoon off alternatively and 4 Sunday off. 1 full paid day leave per month.
- Work in a dynamic, open, creative environment, Birthday gift, Baby born gift, Marriage allowance. Attractive salary package
- Salary: (Can be negotiated upon interview)

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
- Gender: Male/ Female (88-96)
- Have knowledge Marketing Mix 4P, Consumer Behavior, Customer Journey, Customer segmentation
- Able to analyze and processing information, manage projects and team performance efficiently
- Graduated from University or higher major in Digital Marketing, Medical – Pharmar, Business Administration , Economics or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or cosmetics field
- Able to self-study, work independently and coordinate well in teams. Able to communicate, present in an open and creative manner
- Good thinking, eager to learn, progressive attitude, able to withstand pressure
- Able to communicate proficient in English. Proficient use of computers and office softwares
