LIDE Connexion is a group of companies having offices in four countries, including Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Melbourne (Australia). In Vietnam, all business activities of LIDE Connexion are operated under two legal entities, LIDE Vietnam Joint Stock Company (which focuses on business advisory and consulting activities) and LIDE Legal Company Limited (which focuses on legal advisory activities). At the moment, LIDE Connexion is rapidly developed its business activities in Vietnam and, therefore, is recruiting a Business Associate who is enthusiastic to learn deep and insightful knowledge of operating start-ups, performing mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and fund-raising deals, and structuring/restructuring the operations and businesses of companies/group of companies and other business and financial strategic advice. This position will join a small but very active, professional, and business oriented team.
This position will directly report to and assist the Vietnam-based Managing Director of LIDE Connexion (the “MD”) and will be in charge of:
Assist the MD and the project team(s) in doing market research, surveys and survey and other logistics activities.
Lead specific workstreams on projects for the company and clients for e.g., due-diligence, business strategy, execution, project management etc.
Assist the MD and the project team(s) in preparing documents that are required for the projects/deals of LIDE Connexion, including investment deck/teaser, information memorandum, etc.,
Other tasks as the MD may assign from time to time.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Education:
Holding at least a bachelor’s degree.
Graduate degree in business/ finance is a plus
Mindset and Soft skills:
Must have growth mindset and self-learning ability
Must be self-driven, outcome-oriented, entrepreneurial problem solver
Have good communications and interpersonal skills
Mature and confident in senior stakeholder management
Must be very good at using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
English and Other language ability:
Fluent in English in all four skills
Related experiences:
2+ years’ experience in consulting/ banking/ accounting/ project management.
