Mô tả công việc
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of D&D tariffs provided to clients.
- Receive the clients' requirements (CLT, developer...) to research and analyze all Carriers' tariffs as requested
- Provide customer service support to the entire clients when using OPUS D&D
- Coordinate with developers to check and resolve the system problems.
- Conduct meetings with clients to catch the requirement for clarifications, verification, work deadlines, and related reports...
- Complete other analysis, reporting, training, projects, and duties as assigned.
- Other projects and tasks as defined
