Our dynamic software company is expanding into the Industrial Automation sector. We are seeking two talented professionals to join our team—one as a Technical Consultant and another as a Pre-Sales Consultant. Both roles will play essential roles in delivering cutting-edge automation solutions and ensuring customer success.
Headcounts: 2
In this role, you will
1. For Technical Consultant:
- Consulting & Advising:
Work closely with clients in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to understand their automation needs and provide technical insights on AGVs, intralogistics, and industrial automation.
- Technical Implementation:
Design shopfloor layouts for AGV deployment and develop connectors using Java or C++ for system integration.
- Project Execution & Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful automation implementation and provide training and support.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Translate technical details into business insights for non-technical audiences through presentations, workshops, and demos.
2. For Pre-Sales Consultant:
- Customer Consultation:
Guide potential clients through decision-making processes in the pre-sales phase, conducting needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives.
- Technical Expertise:
Maintain a strong understanding of our portfolio, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders and customers to foster long-term engagement.
- Presentations & Pitches:
Deliver compelling presentations and demos, translating complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
*Shared Responsibilities for Both Roles:
- Workshops & Training:
Design and lead workshops to educate and inspire about mobile robotics, MES, and PIM solutions.
- Collaboration & Engagement:
Work closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to provide feedback on product features and client needs.
- Market Insights & Strategy:
Utilize industry knowledge to anticipate market trends and refine strategies.
