Mô tả công việc

Sales & Business Development:
Develop and manage new market segments.
Identify and cultivate potential customers, both B2B and B2C, to create new business opportunities.
Monitor sales progress and collaborate with the sales team to strategize for achieving sales targets.
Qualify leads, set appointments, and follow up consistently to drive conversion.
Research and establish partnerships with wholesalers, dropshipping partners, sales communities, and distributors to expand e-commerce channels.
E-commerce Expertise:
Develop and execute effective assortment plans, merchandise strategies, and promotional campaigns for the e-store.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of e-commerce operational models and platforms (Droppii, affiliate marketing, seller delivery, etc.).
Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions (coupons, deals), and on-site communication to increase sales and drive conversion.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Essential:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A passion for sales and business development.
Agile, adaptable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Desirable:
Proficiency in sales planning, reporting, analysis, and customer care.
Prior experience in the household/kitchenware categories or related fields.
Familiarity with Uncle Bills' product range is an advantage.
