Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Identify and research potential clients
Develop and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
Track and report on the status of proposal components
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Conduct ongoing market research
Work with QS team to create rate proposals
Coordinate with sales teams to prepare and submit sales contracts

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Experience working B2B especially related to interior, construction is a plus;
Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task;
Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients;
Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;
Willingness to travel (short-term domestic and international trips) for work.
