Receive a permanent position upon completion of the training program
Perform daily tasks in the departments being trained
Participate in cross-training in production operations: Technical Department, R&D Department, Quality Control Department, Production Department
Work for a Japanese ink manufacturing company

University degree in Chemistry or Technical Chemistry
Fresh graduates, final-year students, or those waiting for their degree are preferred
Honest, diligent, careful, quick-witted
Confident in English communication. TOEIC 600+ or equivalent
No issues working directly with solvents and chemicals
