Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the actual needs of customers and the company's growth situation.
Build and manage a sales network, focusing on creating a customer ecosystem including both individual and corporate clients (Pharmacies, Insurance companies, Agents, etc.).
Seek out, approach, and build relationships with clients (Online customers, Pharmacies, Insurance channels, agents, etc.).
Analyze customer data, resolve and handle customer issues to maintain satisfaction and increase product engagement time with the company.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve high performance, increase conversion rates, and reduce costs.
Report results and performance indicators to the Director Manager.
Focus on increasing sales, ensuring to meet and exceed sales standards, and optimize revenue.
And an order task assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously and work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
Graduated in Business, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Healthcare, or other related fields.
Knowledge about healthcare, especially in pharmaceuticals or healthcare services and related fields such as insurance, corporate services, or health care.
Willingness to Business Trip for meetings with partners and conduct sales activities.
Proficient with CRM tools and digital sales tracking systems.
