Mô tả công việc

1. Strategy and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement strategic sales for Coffee products and expand the consumption base in the hospitality industry, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, entertainment establishments, amusement parks, gyms, offices, etc.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and business partners by providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Provide product training and demonstrations to clients and potential customers.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market trends.
3. Promotion, Collaboration, and Reporting
Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our coffee products and stories, spreading brand awareness and positive word of mouth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Participate in industry
Coordinate with the Production and R&D teams to organize regular quality control, coffee training for customers, and develop customized products when inquiries arise.
Other tasks by the Business Development Director.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills;
Minimum 6 years experience in sales, preferably in the food service industry.
Must to have:
A motivated person with a go-getter attitude, willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
Communicate and English fluently;
