● Search new potential clients to meet personal target revenue, identifies business opportunities,
● Develop and maintain client relationships
● Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
● Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
● Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
● Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
● Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
● Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
● Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
● Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
● Track and report on the status of proposal components
● Conduct ongoing market research
● Work with QS team to create rate proposals
● Coordinate with sales teams to prepare and submit sales contracts
● Responsible for global business team management, organization building, ability improvement.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
● Minimum 1 year experience in the field, knowledge of finance, Web3, or crypto currency is a plus.
● Good-looking appearance
● Under 25 of age and unmarried
● Bachelor or equivalent, international education encouraged.
● Dynamic, ambitious, result oriented.
● Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;
● Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads;
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients;
● Experience working B2B especially related to interior, construction is a plus;
● Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task;
● Willingness to travel (short-term domestic and international trips) for work.
● Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
