Mô tả công việc
• Assist in overall business development, and maintaining good understanding of market trends & conditions;
• Assist in all operation work of the department and help with legal basis and check;
• Updated with real estate policies, process, reports in order to help with business development point of view to leaders;
• Monitoring market trends, legal approval procedures, related law and regulations and help leaders in sourcing potential investors
• Compile information & produce report as required;
• Assist in preparation of documents for GMS and BOD meetings;
• Taking minutes of GMS and BOD meetings and control all document of Business Development Department (ex: reports, contract, addendum, contract liquidation, minute of meetings etc.);
• Collect, scan and upload soft-copies on server and store / sort required hardcopies.
• Maintain relationship with Authority and local partners;
• Other tasks as required by the Board of Management
