Work with stakeholders/key end-users of Direct Team to define the detail business requirements
Use CRM to improve sales staff productivity
Analyze, create, validate end-to-end business processes and detail out functional specifications for the required applications.
Support another project about: analyst, research, automation,...
Suggest modification and improvement to business processes and frameworks for increase GSV of new and old user
Build dashboard and manage daily and weekly reports business results
Develop promotion scheme for Direct customers
Control Cost & GSV
