As a Guru you will be accountable for:
- Business Process Owner
: Designing the business process taking into account the current sales process, customer needs and the changes that need to be made in light of the organization’s evolving needs and focus areas. In the longer term, to monitor and evaluate business processes and performance, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
- Operational Efficiency:
Identifying areas for operational improvement and optimization, developing strategies and recommendations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Project Management: Providing project management support for strategic initiatives, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategy with operational execution and drive organizational success. As owner of the business process, you would champion the changes required and bring the relevant stakeholders along in this transformation journey.
- CRM Management:
Working closely with Product team to build and enhance the existing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases to reflect our changing business needs.
- Sales Tools and Technology:
Evaluating and implementing the changes required to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. This may include sales automation software, sales enablement platforms, data analytics tools, and other technology solutions that support the sales process.
