About the job C&B Officer
Were looking for a Compensation and Benefits Officer (C&B Officer) to manage employee contracts, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with regulations. This person will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, implementing policy changes, and supporting employee inquiries, contributing to overall employee satisfaction and organizational well-being.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in C&B administration, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges.
Responsibility
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation structures and strategies to attract and retain top talent;
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, social insurance, well-being allowances, and other employee perks.
- Manage the administration of employee compensation effectively and timely, including monthly payroll, salary benchmarking, personal income tax, incentive programs, and salary review processes;
- Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, providing clear and accurate information;
- Monitor and implement the company's labor management & labor legislation;
- Maintain regular contacts and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations, policies, and procedures of the company;
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits administration, and make recommendations for continuous improvement;
- Manage the paperwork process related to foreign staff including but not limited to: visas, work permits, temporary resident cards, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HRIS, ensuring that changes in employment status are promptly reflected;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management (research, translation, etc.).
