Specifically, this role will:
• Calculate and process payment salary, bonus to employees as regulation.
• Monitor annual salary review, KPI performance review, adjustment salary. Review and propose new salary, bonus and benefit to employee as accordingly Company’s policies and regulation. Send proposal salary information to Payroll staff to make proposal adjustment salary for employees. Checking new approved salary information after updating in HRIS.
• Consolidate and check all related documents regarding payment from other departments: incentive, other subsidy, … Update data to HRIS and process calculation salary.
• Check all deduction amount as law requirement before salary process: compulsory insurance, personal income tax, trade union fee,…
• Tracking and updating 24/24 insurance data.
• PIT finalization for employees.
• Consolidate payroll report, bonus report, PIT report and other internal reports as requirement.
• Monitoring, manage and keep all documents which related to payment in month.
• Handling employee’s grievance regarding payroll, bonus, benefit, salary adjustment, PIT, bank account, …
• Other tasks assigned by direct managers.
