Mô tả công việc

1. Translate the HQ process specification and all kinds of management documents and localization implementation
2. Participate in important business meetings between HQ and local to ensure the consistent implementation of strategies and business objectives.
3. Participate in the development and implementation of VN contact center’s business strategy and business plan
4. Analyze business processes and business status, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations.
5. Other work related to team and business management
岗位描述:
作为OPPO越南线上服务管培生,主要负责协助OPPO总部与当地团队的沟通,参与联络中心的业务决策、团队管理和业务运营等工作,促进越南线上业务的优化和业务目标的达成,通过专业力量+管理能力的复合培养,成为线上服务管理人才的储备。
关键职责
:
1、翻译OPPO总部流程规范和各类管理文件并本地化实施
2、参与OPPO总部与本地的重要业务会议,确保战略和业务目标的一致实施
3、参与制定和实施越南联络中心的业务策略和提升计划
4、分析业务流程和业务状况,确定改进机会并提出建议。
5、其他与团队和业务管理相关的工作

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Linguistics, or related fields.
2. 1-3 years experience in customer service, translation, or a related field is preferred.
3. Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and Vietnamese.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
5. Proficient in common office software.
6. Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.

2、有 1-3 年客户服务、翻译或相关领域工作经验者优先
3、流利的中文和越南语口语和书面能力
