STARTING
BASIC SALARY: US $9,643.00/year
ALLOWANCE AND BENEFITS

BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
Incumbent of this position will be a motorpool chauffeur operating the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) Detachment Two (Det Two) vehicles to transport Det Two and/or associated personnel, official visitors, and cargo. The incumbent will be responsible for the pick-up and delivery of DPAA personnel, VIP guests, and cargo from/to the airport. The incumbent will also be responsible for the delivery of official correspondence between DPAA Det Two and Vietnamese government agencies and the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi. The incumbent will be required to support DPAA personnel in remote areas throughout Vietnam during Joint Field Activity (JFA) operations. The incumbent will have to work closely with the Vietnam Office for Seeking Missing Persons (VNOSMP) on remote site locations and best routes to said site locations for personnel and/or cargo transport and must be able to operate motor vehicles both in the city, highway, and off-road.
